New book we love from LPF’s Provisional Psychologist, Ash:

How Do I Feel by Rebekah Lipp and Craig Phillips

This book is a bit of a dictionary of feelings for children and families. There are over 60 different feelings included with explanations of how they may feel in the body and why each feeling is important.

Why we love it: We love that this book talks about how each feeling is important and helpful, even feelings such as anger and panic. It is extremely important to remember that there are no ‘bad’ feelings, each and every emotion is valuable and should be noticed and acknowledged.
