Holly Priddis

Proud woman with Autism, mother of four children, two of whom are also on the Autism Spectrum. Holly is a midwifery lecturer and researcher whom completed her PhD in 2015 examining the experiences of women who sustained severe perineal trauma. An active mental health advocate and representative with Beyond Blue and the Australian College of Midwives.

Paul Green

Head of Procurement at Avant Mutual Group, Paul has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services working in local and global roles. He is also a business mentor for a local Indigenous business.

Chris Fehon

Board Member
Chris was born in Penrith, educated at Christian Brothers, gained an Honours Degree in Economics from UNSW and completed postgraduate study at Macquarie University. Chris had a 30 year career in the financial markets, including 9 years with the Reserve Bank of Australia, Country Treasurer for Citibank Australia, and Global Head of Commodities for Citibank New York. Chris is married with three adult children. In the 1990’s, with his wife Maureen, he established The Follow Through Foundation to benefit adults on the Autism Spectrum. From 2003 to 2018 he owned and operated Nimbo Fork Lodge near Tumut in New South Wales.

Manish Jayswal

Manish Jayswal is the Head of Risk at Westpac Banking Corporation. Currently at Westpac, Manish is responsible for the oversight and optimisation of consumer and business bank risk portfolio. In prior roles at Westpac and Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Manish has spent extensive time in the area of Credit Risk (Institutional and Retail), Balance Sheet Management, Treasury and Capital Allocation. Prior to moving to Australia in 2012, Manish has held several global senior risk management roles, notably with Fannie Mae in Washington DC during the peak of Global Financial Crisis, Government of Singapore Investment Corporation and GE Capital. Over this time Manish designed and implemented several risk management frameworks such as Risk Appetite, Early Warning, Economic Capital framework, Stress Testing, Loss Allowance Modelling, Home Price Forecasting to name few. Manish is passionate about the role risk management play in decision making under uncertainty and creating shareholder value whilst managing community expectations. Manish holds Bachelor in Commerce (Hons), Masters in Business Administration (Finance) and Masters in Risk Management and is also a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Joanne Arciuli

Board Member
Associate Professor at The University of Sydney who specialises in child development and disability in the areas of speech, language, literacy, and learning. Her interdisciplinary program of basic and applied research spans Psychology, Linguistics, Neuroscience, Education, and Speech-Language Pathology.
