Luke Priddis   

Chairman and Co-founder of the LPF : Father of four with two being on the ASD spectrum, formerly an NRL Rugby League Professional and RLPA board member, currently Director and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) of CPR WEALTH financial planning.

Dr Holly Priddis

Deputy Chair, Secretary and Co-founder of the LPF : Proud woman with autism, mother of four children, two of whom are also on the Autism Spectrum. Holly is a midwifery lecturer and researcher whom completed her PhD in 2015 examining the experiences of women who sustained severe perineal trauma. An active mental health advocate and representative with Beyond Blue and the Australian College of Midwives.

Francis Van Antwerpen

Treasurer: Senior Finance Accountant of Panthers Leagues Club.  Francis has owned several businesses in Western Sydney over the past 15 years with a strong focus on operational efficiency and fiscal control.  He is the father of two young adults.

Timothy Rafton 

Secretary: An Outer Western Sydney local, still calling the area home with his wife and two daughters. Tim is an Insurance Executive with over 20 years in the general insurance industry and has strong capabilities in assessing risk, leading large teams and a passion for driving transformational change.

Joanne Arciuli

Current Board Member: Associate Professor at The University of Sydney who specialises in child development and disability in the areas of speech, language, literacy, and learning. Her interdisciplinary program of basic and applied research spans Psychology, Linguistics, Neuroscience, Education, and Speech-Language Pathology.

Chris Fehon

 Current Board Member :Chris was born in Penrith, educated at Christian Brothers, gained an Honours Degree in Economics from UNSW and completed postgraduate study at Macquarie University.

Chris had a 30 year career in the financial markets, including 9 years with the Reserve Bank of Australia, Country Treasurer for Citibank Australia, and Global Head of Commodities for Citibank New York.  Chris is married with three adult children.

In the 1990’s, with his wife Maureen, he established The Follow Through Foundation to benefit adults on the Autism Spectrum.  From 2003 to 2018 he owned and operated Nimbo Fork Lodge near Tumut in New South Wales.

Jane Wearn

  Current Board Member: Psychologist, BA (Psych), Master of Applied Psychology, MAPS  

Jane has over 25 years’ experience providing assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents, adults and families in the public and private sector. She uses a family/person-centred approach to assist in addressing an individual’s core needs. This promotes effective intervention to assist individuals reach their full potential. Jane is experienced working in consultation with GPs, psychiatrists, paediatricians, speech pathologist, occupational therapists, teachers and other health professionals.

She has extensive experience working with children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behaviour difficulties anxiety and/or depression. She is a founding member of Sensory Concerts which provide high quality classical music concerts for children and adults with sensory/additional needs.

Michael Lord

Current Board Member: Director of Pinnacle Taxation Services. Michael is a CPA and has been providing wealth protection/business growth and compliance advice for over 19 years. Michael is the father of four children.

Manish Jayswal

Current Board Member: A finance professional with global experience in risk management, governance and strategic planning. Currently Director Finance at Westpac, mentor at Westpac’s ECHO Indigenous Mentoring Program and a member of Westpac’s Brother and Sisters action group.

Paul Green

Current Board Member :  Head of Procurement at Avant Mutual Group, Paul has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services working in local and global roles.  He is also a business mentor for a local Indigenous business.
