My child has had previous assessments and/or reports done. Do I need to give them over?

When you first meet your clinician, they will wish to see all reports that you have that relate to your child.  This may take the form of previous assessments, school reports, counsellor reports, or other materials.   You should bring these documents when you meet your clinician.  Our Admin staff don’t need these materials to place you on the waitlist.
